Does anyone buy art on ebay

The main problem of the internet websites like ebay is the lack of trust from buyers. I started my profile with buying a lot of art. I'm much more a collector than a seller.

Some of them arrived damaged because of a weak packaging. But nothing happens and the seller waits for my feedback before giving me his feedback. It's not fair, and his quotation is completely wrong. People will never claim, also when they are not happy with the item bought. So in my opinion, sellers must be honest. People must trust them.

If they are sur about the condition of the item they look at, there is a better chance that they will buy it. I always give a positive feedback as soon the payment is done, even if my money is blocked by paypal for 3 weeks. I'm still new here but I only have happy customers.
